1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using api100 (“Service”), provided by api100 Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.

2. Description of Service

api100 provides a multi-model software interface and API gateway that enables users to query foundation and open-weights artificial intelligence models. Token compute usage is billed through a unified credit wallet ledger.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use api100 to generate, transmit, or promote illegal content, malicious code, unsolicited bulk communications, or content that violates applicable safety standards established by underlying foundation model providers.

4. Compute Credits & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Credits purchased or granted through monthly plans are deducted according to verified token usage. Unused monthly plan credits do not accumulate beyond active subscription cycles unless specified in your plan tier.

5. Service Availability & SLAs

While api100 strives for 99.9% uptime, access to particular third-party AI models may experience intermittent upstream provider outages beyond our immediate control. We maintain fallback routing options where technically feasible.
