1. Commitment to Zero Model Training

api100 adheres to strict data privacy principles. We do not use your proprietary prompt inputs, context documents, or AI completions to train, retrain, or fine-tune public foundation models. Our upstream provider routing contracts mandate zero-retention policies for API completions.

2. Data We Collect

When you create an account, we store your email address, profile name, and encrypted authentication tokens managed through Supabase Auth. We record token consumption telemetry (input tokens, output tokens, model identifier, and latency) in your account ledger to calculate billing.

3. Data Storage & Isolation

All user data is stored in PostgreSQL databases protected by Row Level Security (RLS). You have full control to export or permanently delete your conversation history and messages at any time from your settings panel.
